Our Service

Our appliance repair service starts with our friendly team of professionals who directly respond to your phone calls and email messages. Our service team will help you identify the make and model of your appliance. They will also help document the issues you are having with your appliance and work with you to determine if a service call is necessary or if a quick fix is available that will address the issue.

If our service team determines that professional diagnosis is required to address the problems you are having with your appliance, they will schedule a diagnostic service call with one of our licensed technicians. Our service team will schedule your service call appointment using a three-hour time window between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, within which one of our service technicians will arrive at your home to diagnose the problems you are having with your appliance. 

Once our service technician determines the source of the problem with your appliance, he or she will show you what needs to be repaired and provide you with an exact quote for how much the appliance repair is going to cost before starting the repair.
